 and... The Stud and Midori are finally together! On 12/29 after not hearing any mean noises towards each other for a while we took a chance and let them roam the aviary together. They ate together, Stud preened Midori and followed her around like a lovesick puppy, and they cuddled in the nest with each other.

10/20/08 - Stud and Midori have permanently moved out to the Aviary. Until they are used to each other and get along okay they take turns being free flight and being in a cage within the aviary. Here are some cool pictures taken recently:
